What is the ordering Process?
Email or call to discuss your Custom Labeled H2O needs with our sales team. We will answer your questions, and help you create the preliminary template for your custom label.

2. Our in-house graphics department will create a Custom label for you to review, adjust, and approve. Once we receive signed approval of the Custom Label and the completed order form (quantity, date needed, payment type, etc) we are ready to produce your Custom Labeled H2O.

3. We produce your Custom Labeled H2O for your pick up at our dock. If shipping is needed, we will utilize our quantity discounts to provide the best rates available.

Is there a Minimum Order?
No, there is no minimum required, however, smaller quantities result in higher unit costs.

How quickly will I have my Custom Labeled H2O?
We pride ourselves on quick turn around times. You will usually have your finished product within 5 days of processing your order.

Can I put a picture on my label?
Absolutely. Our high resolution printing process will recreate crisp clear images of your pictures and logos.

Are the labels water proof?
Yes, our Polypropylene labels can be left in an ice and water barrel for an indefinite time with no change to the integrality of the label.

Do we store back stock of large orders for customers?
We are able to do that on an as needed basis. Please consult your representative for further information.

What size bottled water do we recommend?
The most commonly used single serve bottled water is the 16.9 oz or 20oz unit. We recommend, and stock, the 16.9oz bottles due to their high quality appearance and label pallet.

What is the set up charge?
Set up charge is $40.00 and includes working with the customer to create a custom label using one or our many templates, completely original labels may be slightly higher depending on graphic arts time involved to create just the look you want. This is a one time fee, no matter how many times you use that label.

Can I get sport cap bottles?
That is a possibility; however, we stock our product with flat cap. For other requests, please contact us.

Why have I waited so long to create a Custom Labeled bottle water for me?
We have no Idea. But as the saying goes….better late than never.
